Registration:
In order to register at the conference, you need to fill in the registration form until April 20, 2020 at http://herbarium.tsu.ru/SBG2020. A notification of successful completion of the registration procedure will be sent to the email address indicated in the registration form. Manuscripts should be submitted via conference website after authentication and authorization using an individual account. Once Organizing Committee receives the manuscript, an acceptance notification will be sent to the participant.
The conference Program Committee reserves the right:
– To edit the text.
– To reject materials that do not comply with the stated rules and the main thematic areas of the conference, with notification to the author.
After the preliminary program is formed and manuscripts are accepted, the second announcement will be sent to all participants

Participation
The conference provides for full and remote participation:
– Full participation – plenary, sectional or poster presentations.
– Remote participation – only the publication of manuscript in the Proceedings.
Registration Fee
– 35 USD – for foreign participants.
The registration fee includes:
Full participation: electronic version of the Proceedings indexed in RSCI; handouts; coffee break; excursions to the university museums; visit to the Siberian Botanical Garden and Herbarium; visit to the laboratories and scientific centers of the university; friendship dinner.
Remote participation: PDF version of the Proceedings.
Online payment of registration fee will be available on March 16, 2020.
The registration fee must be paid until September 1, 2020. Please send the payment receipt to sbg1880@yandex.ru after full payment of the registration fee.
Manuscript submission
Manuscripts should be submitted via the conference website until August 15, 2020 after authentication and authorization through an individual account. In addition to online submission, please send your manuscript to sbg1880@yandex.ru.
Materials are accepted in Russian and English. For publications in Russian, the manuscript must be accompanied by an abstract in English. Figures and tables must be inserted into the text with legends, figures can also be provided in separate files. The text of the manuscript and figures are attached as ZIP or RAR files. Each conference participant can submit one manuscript of no more than three A4-paper pages.
Gidelines for authors for manuscript submission in English
–A4 format, 2 cm side margins.
–Title of the manuscript (14 pt).
–The initials and family name of the author(s) and the title of the manuscript, centered (12 pt).
–Organization name, city, country, e-mail in lowercase, centered (10 pt).
–Abstract (10 pt).
–Keywords (about 10 words, 10 pt).
–Text with justified alignment, 0.5 cm indent, without hyphenation (11 pt).
–Latin names of taxa should be in italics.
–REFERENCES (10 pt).
–Figures and tables must be inserted into the text and accompanied by legends. Figures can also be provided as separate *.jpg, *.tif or 8.png files with at least 300 dpi resolution.
