Join us to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Siberian Botanical Garden of Tomsk University, the first botanical institution in the Asian part of Russia and one of the leading introduction centers in Western Siberia.

The collection funds of the Garden are unique to the northern latitudes and comprise more than 9,000 taxa, almost half of which are tropical and subtropical plants growing on 6,500 m2 of sheltered ground. Thematic collections of open ground contain the most valuable decorative, medicinal, food and rare protected plants, the objects of comprehensive studies.

The Council of Botanical Gardens of Siberia and the Far East and the Scientific School Instrumental Methods in Experimental Botany will be held within the framework of the conference, and the participants will be invited to visit the laboratories and the greenhouse complex of the Siberian Botanical Garden.
